جاء العيد يكسونا بحلته

وماله فى قلوبنا فرح

وطابع الأحزان يغلبنا 

فما نرى وجهه السمح

إخوان لنا من د يارهم نزحو

وكثير صار الموت لهم شبح

فمنهم من يعيش فى هم وفى نكد

ويصبح  وفى جوفه القرح

ياعيد مالنا فيك منفعة

حتى يزول من امامنا الشبح
